Terms and Conditions for #PackagingPlaceShowcase Initiative
**1. Eligibility:**
– Participants must be existing customers of Paper Packaging Place.
– Participants must be independent small enterprises.
– The initiative is open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 or older until the end of May
2024.
**2. Submission Guidelines:**
– To enter, participants must create a video showcasing how they use Paper Packaging Place
products.
– Videos must be posted on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag
**#PackagingPlaceShowcase** and tag **@PaperPackagingPlace**.
– Videos must comply with the content standards of Facebook and Instagram.
– Multiple entries are allowed, but each video must be unique.
**3. Content Restrictions:**
– Videos must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
– Videos must be original and created by the participant.
– Participants must have the right to use all content (images, music, etc.) in their videos.
**4. Selection and Sharing:**
– Two videos will be selected each day based on creativity, quality, and relevance.
– Selected videos will be shared on Paper Packaging Place’s social media platforms (Facebook
and Instagram).
– Selection is at the sole discretion of Paper Packaging Place and is final.
**5. Participant Agreement:**
– By participating, entrants agree to allow Paper Packaging Place to use their videos, business
names, and social media handles for promotional purposes on its social media platforms
without additional compensation.
– Participants agree to be contacted via direct message on Facebook or Instagram for the
purposes of this initiative.
**6. Intellectual Property:**
– Participants retain ownership of their videos.
– Participants grant Paper Packaging Place a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual
license to use, reproduce, and distribute their videos on its social media platforms.
**7. Privacy:**
– Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of this
initiative and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
**8. Limitation of Liability:**
– Paper Packaging Place is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited
to, technical malfunctions, internet failures, or unauthorized human intervention, that may
disrupt the initiative.
**9. Right to Cancel or Modify:**
– Paper Packaging Place reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the
initiative at any time for any reason without prior notice.
**10. Governing Law:**
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
By participating in the #PackagingPlaceShowcase initiative, you agree to comply with these
terms and conditions.
