All prices on our Online Store are inclusive of VAT at 15%.
Paper Packaging Place endeavours to offer competitive prices on current products. Your total order price will include the purchase price of the products ordered, VAT where applicable, and shipping charges calculated at checkout or at the time of processing.
Paper Packaging Place reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment Options
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards, with the exception of American Express. If you do not have a credit card, please make use of one of the other payment options available, or log off and return to the site at a later stage to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under the Your Account section for use whenever you are ready.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
EFT is one of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to Checkout and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then need to use the banking details provided at checkout or on your invoice and use your unique order number as the payment reference. This will assist in ensuring speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
Direct Deposit
You may also pay for your products via direct deposit. This is similar to an EFT payment, except that payment is made physically at your bank. Please email your proof of payment to nelly@paperpackagingplace.com to ensure your payment is confirmed and your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery times for stock items are subject to availability. While Paper Packaging Place endeavours to keep stock items available for immediate supply, certain items may at times be placed on backorder where replacement stock is already on order. Estimated lead times for such items will be advised once confirmed.
Lead times for custom-made, printed, branded, or special-order packaging will be specified on the quotation and/or order confirmation applicable to that order.
Any delivery dates or lead times provided by Paper Packaging Place are estimates only and, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, are not guaranteed.
Product Images and Colour Representation
Paper Packaging Place makes every effort to ensure that product photographs, images, colours, descriptions, and other product information shown on the Website are as accurate as possible.
However, actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed on the Website due to factors such as lighting, photography, screen settings, printing processes, material batches, and manufacturing variations.
Such variations shall not constitute a defect and shall not be grounds for return, refund, or cancellation, unless the product supplied is materially different from what was ordered.
Returns and Non-Returnable Items
Paper Packaging Place will only accept returns in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
Please note that custom-made packaging, printed or branded items, and special-order products made specifically to customer requirements are not eligible for return or refund, unless such goods are defective, damaged, unsafe, or were supplied incorrectly by Paper Packaging Place.
Because these items are produced specifically to customer requirements, customers are responsible for checking all specifications, quantities, colours, sizes, and approved artwork carefully before confirming their order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights a customer may have under applicable South African consumer law.
Custom Orders, Deposits, Artwork Approval and Cancellation
In the case of custom-made, printed, branded, or special-order packaging, production will only commence once Paper Packaging Place has received the required deposit, being 75% of the quoted order value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The applicable lead time for each custom order will be specified on the quotation and/or order confirmation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all artwork, proofs, specifications, quantities, colours, dimensions, spelling, layout, and other order details before final approval is given.
Once artwork or production proofs have been approved by the customer, Paper Packaging Place shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, layout issues, or other defects contained in the approved artwork or proof.
Custom-made, printed, branded, and special-order products are produced specifically to customer requirements. Once an order has been finalised and Paper Packaging Place has proceeded with artwork, layout, proofing, or any pre-production process, the order may not be cancelled, amended, returned, or refunded, except where required by applicable South African law.
Quantity Tolerance
In respect of custom-made, printed, branded, or specially manufactured orders only, the customer agrees to accept delivery as complete and satisfactory where the quantity supplied does not exceed or fall short of the quantity ordered by more than 10%.
Any such variation shall be deemed acceptable and the invoice value may be adjusted pro rata to reflect the actual quantity supplied.
This tolerance is recognised as an industry-standard manufacturing variance and shall not constitute incomplete or defective delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and other materials, is the property of Paper Packaging Place or is used with permission.
No user may copy, reproduce, download, republish, distribute, display, or use any photographs, product images, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, or other content from this Website without the prior written consent of Paper Packaging Place.
Unauthorised use of any images, photographs, branding, or other intellectual property belonging to Paper Packaging Place may result in legal action.
Security Policy
- Virtual Card Services processes all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- The Merchant does not have access to credit card details.
- Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating access, attaching conditions to your access, and/or removing any materials from the Website.
Governing Law
These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. The South African courts will have jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in any other jurisdiction where permitted by law.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any such changes will become effective upon being posted to this Website. It is the User’s responsibility to check the Website periodically for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be deemed notice of the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

By using this Website, you acknowledge that all designs, trademarks, photographs, product images, and other intellectual property displayed on this Website are the property of, or are used under licence by, Paper Packaging Place.
You agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any trademarks, designs, photographs, product images, or other content from this Website, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Paper Packaging Place.
